Dr. Simpson has been judged by a multitude of veterinarians in Portland, Oregon and the region to have engaged in a pattern of deceptive practice against both animals and their owners, incompetence regarding early-intervention, incompetence regarding the quality of diagnosis, incompetence regarding performing simple and complex surgeries with accuracy and completeness, and incompetence regarding communicating effectively with animal owners.

Dr. Simpson has been judged by a multitude of animal owners to persistently fail to communicate in an honest and professional way.  She has engaged in a pattern of deception against animal owners, has ignored the wishes of animal owners, and has deceptively intervened into the animals lives performing unnecessary surgeries, and failing to perform warranted surgeries, and not doing the proper surgeries, all done to satisfy her own judgments, rather than the animal owner's wishes.

Dr. Simpson has ended animal's lives via euthanasia who had several years of additional life remaining, because she wished to do so, and ignored the animal's capacity to withstand simple surgery, and the owner's willingness to care for the animals during recovery.  While she may have done this with her own animals, she is unable to discipline herself into honoring her client's wishes.

Dr. Simpson has overtly lied to animal owners about her surgical schedule, causing them to wait a many days or longer for emergency situations, and she has persistently failed to refer animal owners to Dove Lewis Animal Hospital for emergency procedures.  She has caused animals, and their owners, immense, unnecessary, suffering, over a multitude of days during medical crises, and even weeks.

Dr. Simpson has lied about the results of x-rays in several cases.

Dr. Simpson has been witnessed to aggressively handle animals, including hastily leading them across her slick floor, causing them to slip and fall, and hit their heads on objects in the office.

Dr. Simpson has been witnessed to mock several animal owners with mock-laughing during their times of despair.  She has also been witnessed to do this just 5-10 feet from the animal owners, thinking that they could not hear her.

Dr. Simpson has failed to refer animal owners back to their regular veterinarians when euthanasia was the only option.  Instead, she took it upon herself to do the euthanasia, and proceeded to do it in a eerie, happy, and energetic way, as if she was excited to perform such work on animals.  Animal owners have been repeatedly sickened by her abject social nature, her sociopathy, her impoverishment of empathy, etc.
